Please note returned items must have PRIOR NICHOLAS P. PIPINO ASSOCIATES AUTHORIZATION before shipping (items sent without prior authorization may be refused.) Please call us toll free at 888-596-0014 and ask for a Return Authorization Number. Merchandise for return and service will only be accepted by Nicholas P. Pipino Associates if the following conditions are met:

Purchaser must first call Nicholas P. Pipino Associates for an authorization number which must appear on the outside of each carton returned. All return shipments must be prepaid. Freight collect shipments will be returned to sender. Units returned for credit are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
